A stuffy married man has his life disrupted when one daughter invites a famous singer to stay and his other daughters arrive with unconventional husbands. This is lightweight entertaining fluff. The plot and sub-plots are not really connected and so the flow to the film is awkward and some of the jokes are overdone.
The best performance is frm Janette Scott as the youngest daughter and Diana Dors has a small supporting role showing her legs and cleavage. J Lee Thompson went on to direct much better films.
