Groucho Max is a an explorer who returns from Africa and attends a houseparty where an expensive painting is stolen. The film is based in the Broardway production by the Marx Brothers and used many of the stage cast. Much of it looks a nf feels like a filmed version of the stage production. This was the second Marx Brothers film and shows of Groucho Marx's witty one-liners and their physical comedy. There is really very little in the way of plot which is just a wek framework for the sketches and the jokes. The pacing is uneven in places whth some scenes being dragged out overly long.
