A medical student who needs money gets drawn into doing underground surgery for the body modification community. However things get dark when her teacher at medical school invites her to a party, drugs her and rapes her. She exacts her revenge on him by torturing him with extreme surgery.. Meanwhile her surgery becomes famous in the body modification community and a policeman gets suspicions about the teachers disappearance. This is an unusual and stylish piece of horror that revolves around a strong performance from Katherine Isabelle. This is not shock and gore horror but it is a descent into an extreme world.
