An aspiring chef (Lacey Chabert) inherts a house jointly with a Wall Street broker (Brennan Elliott) she has never met. She wants to turn it in to a B&B and he wants to sell it. When he looses his job he moves in and helps her renovate the house. Things get complicated when he gets another job back in Wall Street. Whilst the plot is predictable, it is pleasantly entertaining and Lacy Chabert has an easy going charm that carries the film. Heather Dooerksen gives a good supporting role as the coffee shop owner, as does Daniel Cudmore as the town jack of all trades and Edward Anser as the grumpy old man with a secret.
