The crew of space freighter on a routine trip are split into shifts with one pair awake and the rest in hypersleep. When the second shift are awoken eight months after they we due, they find the craft badly damaged, very low on fuel and a long way off course. As they investigate it appears that an alien life form has infected the ship that turns people homiciidal. This is a standard space disaster film with average plot and acting though Missy Crider improves as the film goes on.
