An actress is drawn into a diamond smuggling operation when she is given a bracelet by an admirer to bring through customs for them. The character is based on a newspaper cartoon strip that was popular in wartime Britain was was known for getting into situations leaving her in various states of undress. However that side is largely missing from the film leaving a film with a thin crime plot that is largely uninspiring.
