A young woman living in a city walled off from the outside world to prevent a plague discovers that she and others have magical powers. This is a Russiona fantasy film that is a mix of dystopia, magic and a steampunk environment. The non-linear story confuses the first part of the film and the English dubbing is flat and lacks emotion. This is not a great film but is visually impressive.
