When sea levels suddenly start rising rapidly a biologist (Monica Keena) has to help find DNA from enough species to restart the world after a Biblical style flood with the help Ark type boats being built for this eventuality. This has poor plot and acting and bad special effects to say nothing of the huge problems with the logic of the plot.
