A group of scientists go to the moon only to discover there is a race of beings living under the surface who want to send them away and start to freeze the earth to show their power. This was a quickly and cheaply made film with poor dialogue and a completely implausible plot. There were a lot of this type of sci-fi films made in the late 1950's and early 1960's but this is a poor example of the genre.
