A couple (Barbara Steele and Ian Ogilvy) on honeymoon in Romania crash into a lake and she is possesed by a witch who was killed 200 years earlier but is wanting revenge on those who killed her. This is a weak horror film as none of the characters are pleasant and Barbara Steele only appears in the first half as when she turns into the dead witch the character is played by a different actor. Also the police come across more like Keystone Cops with a very silly final chase sequence. There are plenty of better Barbara Steele horror films.
