On his way home from work a man is stopped by a radio reporter and says that a man could run a home better than a woman. His wife (Joan Woodbury) hears this and so tries to make him prove it, by getting him to stay at home and do the housework while she goes to work to do his job selling tractors helpped by his secretary (Evalyn Knapp). This starts off as a husband and wife role reversal comedy, but ends as a sales pitch for Hotpoint kitchen appliances. I guess I should have been warned when the title sequence starts "Hotpoint presents". Both Joan Woodbury and Evalyn Knapp have done much better work.
