Danica McKellar is an undercover reporter on an oil rig that is a cover for experiments with nano-particles. An accident causes the destruction of the rig and the release of the particles into the atmosphere which causes massive changes to the weather. Typical made for television disaster film with uninspiring plot and poor dialogue.
