A widower (Sam Page) takes his two children to stay at the seaside cottage of his dead wife. Whilst his teenage daughter (Madeline Grace Popovich) is angry with the loss of her mother and being away from home, he starts having visions of his dead wife (Amanda Schull) whilst developing a relationship with the owner of the local restaurant (Sarah Drew) who is divorced with a teenage son. The plot an script of this film is much better than most Hallmark films and it explores loss within a family and the ways of coping with that loss. Sarah Drew gives the best and most natural performance as the love interest with good support from madeline Grace Popovich as the moody teenager.
