After a comet passes by earth most of humanity is turned to red dust or into a zombie, but a few survive including two teenage girls (Catherine Mary Stewart and Kelli Maroney), a truck driver (Robert Beltran) and a strange group of scientists. This is an entertaining end of the world film that is firmly set in the 1980's from the fashions, the music and the computers. If you are the last two teenage girls in the world what do you do? Go shopping for clothes and this makes one of the best sections of the film.
