A group of teenagers disturb a chinese devil who protects a group Chinese miners killed in an accident. One of the boys escapes and he then kidnapped his hero (Bruce Campbell) who is actually a fading B-movie action hero and not a real hero as the boy thinks. Bruce Campbell thinks it is a set up by his agent, but slowly realises the reality of the situation and steps up the task. This is a strange mix of horror and romantic comedy that is entertaining in places.
