The owner of a department store (Susan Lucci) who hates Christmas, is shown the error of her ways and attitudes by the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future. This is a variation on The Christmas Carol story with Scrooge (Susan Lucci) and Bob Cratchet (Wendy Crewson) being female characters. This is not a classic version, but a typical made for television version.
