Michael Caine reprises his role as Harry Palmer, only now he has retired from being a spy and is a private detective in Russia. He goes to St Petersburg to find some missing plutonium as well as rescuing his sidekicks kidnapped girlfriend. This is disappointing both for plot and acting.
