A young woman is conned into a simple job of delivering a package to a man, but she is kinapped and a a packet of a new drug is surgically implanted into her abdomen. However the package leaks and the drugs starts to unlock the full potential of her mind as she sets out on revenge to the people who did this to her. Whilst the concept is not unique, the first half of the film is well done, if very violent, but the film is let down by the ending which gets lost in some psedu philosophical science. There is a good performance from Scarlett Johansson as the inncocent woman who turns into a brilliant killer.
