A misfit group of strangers set out on an old tramp steamer for South America. however they are faced with a series challenges, including a cargo of unstable explosives, a hole in the boat, killer seaweed, giant monsters and Spanish Conquistodors. This is not one of the better Hammer films and the monsters and effects are poor. The best of the acting is from Suzanna Leigh.
