A family move into an affluent neighbourhood and are the envy of their neighbours with all their expensive designer good and seemingly perfect life. However unknown to their neighbours they are actually people being paid to be a family to sell goods to the local people. This is a satire on consumerist society, but falls short of great satire because the people are all too nice, David Duchovney as the failed golf pro and car salesman and Demi Moore as the working woman. There is a good performance from Demi Moore and she is well supported by the rest of the cast, including a little gem of a performance from Glenne Headly.
