A TV weather man (David Chokachi) suspects that the jet stream has changed and is causing extream changes to the weather. He then discovers that the US military are behind this. He is dragged into the plot to the annoyance of his girlfriend (Ruth Kearney). This is a poor sci-fi film with a silly plot, poor dialogue and generally bad acting.
