As part of an experiment a soldier (Christian Slater) is given a treatment that makes him invisiible only he needs an antidote to counteract the side effects which was developed by a scientist (Laura Regan). When he goes rouge the agency wants him dead and he wants the scientist to supply the antidote. After the death of another man the police are involved to protect her.When the partner of the policeman is killed he (Peter Facinelli) tems up with her to expose the invisible man. This is very different from the original Hollow Man film and the weakness (apart from the plot) is a dull performance from Laura Regan and an unconvincing performance from Peter Facinelli as the policeman.
