Sean Chapman acquires a box that takes him into a world of sadomasochistic creatures. His brother marries Clare Higgins and they move into his deserted house. She discovers that he is still in the house as a disembodied spirit. When he touches a drop of blood he starts to regain his body and as she was his former lover she helps him by chatting up men and bringing them back to house to be killed and help restore his body. This is a disturbing and unpleasant film that at the same time is compelling viewing and visually impressive with well judged mix of suspense, shock and gore.
