Comment/Synopsis
A newspaper man (Regis Toomey) desperate to brek a big story gets his chance when he winessess the killing of a corrupt politician and get involved in exposing kidnapping and corruption. Regis toomey is a little too energetic as the reporter but there is good support from Dorothy Revieras the woman about to expose the corruption and Sue Carol as the innocent woman accused of murder but then helping the reporter. It is reported that whilst filming this he was spotted by director James Whale tested him for the role of monster in his Frankenstein film.
