Cassie (Catherine Bell) is persuaded to stand as town mayor to keep the traditional feel of the town, but her family is disrupted by the arrival of her niece (Sarah Power) who uses her magic to cause problems in the family. Catherine Bell is pleasant in the lead, but the plot is not great.
