Whilst staying at an upmarket hotel a woman (Alice Brady) who wants her daughter (Gloria Stuart) to marry a rich man, employs a student doctor (Dick Powell) working on the front desk to chaperone her daughter while she has her one opportunity for fun. The plot is basically a romantic comedy with some good performances from a strong cast. However it is the final sequence from Busby Berkeley that is the highlight of the film to the song Lullaby Of Broadway feturing Wini Shaw
