Christopher Ecclestone is a high tech weapons manufacturer who steals the weapon he has made back from the US military with the help of martial arts expert Sienna Miller. Two soldiers (Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayes) are recruited by Dennis Quaid into the elite GI Joe's to recover the weapons with help from Rachel Nichols. This is a violent comic book style action film full of computer graphics, but little in the way of plot, except that Sienna Miller is Channing Tatum's ex-girl friend) or character development. The plot situations become increasingly far fetched but Rachel Nichols and her character are the only vaguely sensble part of the film.
