A mild mannered bank employe (Charles Victor) finds he may not have long to live so decides to rob the bank, leave the country and live the good life. Whilst hiding out in a small hotel he starts to help some of the guests who are being conned and blackmailed (Zena Marshall) by another guest. Whilst this is nominally a crime film it is much more of a character study starts to do good.
