During the early part of World War 2, the poet and writer Dylan Thomas (Matthew Rhys) is writing government propaganda and is married to Sienna Miller, but he meets up with his former sweetheart Keira Knightly. The two free spirited, and for their time, unconventional women develop a friendship. The two female leads give good performances in this story of love set against the background of war.
