Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore buy the apartment of their dreams, but with one problem, the old lady who is the tenant in the upstairs part of the flat. She makes their life a misery so that plan ways of getting rid of her. This is a variation on an old plot, but the plot is predictable and the performances from Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore are adequate, but the characters of the female parts in particular are a bit insipid. Worth watching if you enjoy films from Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore.
