An ancient Japanse stone that can cause massive destruction is rediscovered and stolen by a man (Robert Carradine) bent on world domination and it is up to two fairly inept FBI agents (Corin Nemec and Mike Hatton) to stop him with the help of a mysterious Japanese woman (Mary Hristina Brown). This is a typical low budget sci-fi film with a nonsense plot and some very wooden acting.
