Comment
A teenage boy (Shia La Beouf) is confined to his house after hitting his teacher. He spends his time spying on his neighbours. One is an attractive girl (Sarah Roemer) and the another (David Morse) he suspects is a serial killer. This is basically a variation on Rear Window, but with a teenage cast. The tension builds sporadically and is interrruted by the relarionship between Shia LaBeouf and Sarah Roemer. David Morse is suitably creepy as the killer, though Carrie-Anne Moss is underused as the mother.
