When the organiser of the local beauty pageant is murdered the owner of the hair salon helps out the new local policeman to solve the murder. This is a typical made for television amateur sleuth helping the police solve a murder from Hallmark. This time set against a background of a hairdressing salon. Julie Gonzalo is pleasant, if unassuming in the lead role.
