Comment
An actor (Neil Hamilton) is persuaded to impersonate the prince of a small kingdom to to visit the neighbouring kingdom to get their princess (Una Merkle) to agree to marry him and cement a military alliance with them. The plot has been used many times and this is not the best version and neither is Neil Hamilton's acting, which is very stuffy. Una Merkle does OK with the material she has to work with.
