A large brewery wants to take over a small brewery and so the son (Peter Coke) goes undercover at the small brewery to try and ruin it whilst falling for the daughter (Nova Pilbeam). This British comedy is now dated but does have a few funny moments, though with some dated views on women. Nova Pilbeam's performance is the one that has stood the test of time better. THis was filmed at Ealing studios and is in some ways a forerunner of the later Ealing comedies.
