Cabaret is a musical set against the back drop of 1930's Berlin with the rise of Fascism and a night club that embraces the decadence of the period. This is a good musical from director Bob Fosse and a good performance from Liza Minnelli particularly in the decadent musical numbers. The Mein Heir musical number is the key song and dance number of the film.
