Comment/Synopsis
A socialte discovers that her family is now broke so decides she needs a job even though she has no experience except3 being pandered to. He wealthy friend who owns a magazine keeps proposeing and she keeps rejecting but he offers her a job working for his friend who edits the magazine. The two men are opposite characters and Claudette Colbert is torn between the men leading to numerous arguments, make-up and comic lines. Claudette Colbert has a charming elegance, Fred MacMurray is brash and Robert Young sophisticated. The plot is nothing special, but main characters deliver a pleasantly entertaining romantic comedy.
