An American policeman travels to Manilla to help the local police investigate the murder of several women who have all their blood drained from them. This is a strange film, that was made in 1971 but filmed in black and white and looks more 1950's with a few film noir looks. The plot is weak and some parts of the dialogue are poor and almost comic. This is a weak murder/horror film.
