A man returns to ancestral castle in Austria where he meets an attractive woman (Elke Sommer who works there. Together the say an incantation that brings back a long dead relative who was a notorious murderer. As he starts killing again they have to find a way to send him back.THe plot is not great, but this is a reasonable offering from Italian director Mario Brava with some nice atmospheric scenes. The script suffers from the usual you should never do that in a horror films scenes, but this is made up for by Elke Sommers ever changing makeup.
