An ex-soldier is forcing a scientist to create a radioactive beam to turn people invisible and create an invisible army. He needs more radium so uses a woman (Marguerite Chapman) to help get a safe cracker out of prison, turn him invisible so he can steal the radium. This is not the best version of the invisible man story and was Marguerite Chapman's final film credit.
