In a post apocalyptic world were the air is unbreathable a scient finds a way of making air from ssea water, but the owner of a big coporation takes over the technology to sell air to people who can afford it. One man fights back after his father was killed for finding out what was happening. The plot has lots of holes and feels like a poor rip-off of Total Recall. The acting is not great but Tasma Walton bring some elegance to the film.
