A teenage girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) goes in search of her brother in a world that has been devestated and most people killed by four waves of alien attacks. She has to survive and also work out who is whose side and who is human and who is alien. The plot is a variation of the alien invasion theme, only this time the world is saved by teenagers.The script is uneven as is the acting is variable. Chloe Grace Moretz is good in the lead role and Maika Monroe is good in an albeit small role.
