Rachel Kempson (Lady Redgrave) was a British actress mainly in the 1960's. However she is best known as the matriach of the Redgrave actiing family. She was married to Sir Michael Redgrave, the mother of Vanessa Redgrave, Corin Redgrave and Lynn Redgrave, and the grandmother of Joely Richardson, Natasha Richardson and Jemma Redgrave.
